Diane Frewer is a proud member of
Race For The Cure
Dianne Frewer, Owner of A Fitting Creation, began her lifelong passion for sewing by helping her mother with dance and stage costumes for her dance recitals. In 1976 she started her sewing business. While she seldom turns down a project, she concentrates her skills in two areas: everyday wear; suits, jackets, skirts and slacks, with an emphasis on proper fit and comfort, and formal, wedding and evening attire. She was commissioned by the Indianapolis Museum of Art for a black velvet skirt which was displayed under a Bill Blass jacket. Some of the more unusual projects she has completed include soft-sided luggage and beverage cart covers for an airline’s elite charter service.
Dianne has always had a full time job aside from her sewing. Her mainstream experience includes bookkeeping for Circle City Legal Secretaries from 2000 to 2003; budget administrator for the Carmel, Indiana, Police Department, computer manager for a wholesale beverage company and currently as a bookkeeper with an Indianapolis law firm. She also owns Legal Timekeepers, LLC through which she sells, installs and supports legal time and billing software.
